1. Financial innovation will be the highlight in poverty alleviation of Ningxia Province. The main features are as follows: first, Ningxia was the first to transform its rural credit cooperatives association into banks, playing an exemplary role in the early stage of rural credit cooperatives association reform all around the country;second, Ningxia has a complete range of rural financial institutions, of which many worth innovation; third, with a large quantity and a broad scale, Ningxia rural micro finance institutions are rich in operation modes.

2. Huangping of Guizhou Province: ecological migration for poverty alleviation has brought about a new happy life. As an important livelihood project in Huangping County, the ecological migration project of Pingxi town mainly targets at
isolated and decentralized villagers who suffer from terrible living environment and poor working conditions.698people from148households were organized to move to Riverside Avenue in centralized settlement with convenient transportation. Residential settlement takes up an area of52.831mu with a total investment of44.8million RMB.

3. Three hundred million RMB of micro loans were used for poverty alleviation in Shuyang, Jiangsu Province, with 31700 households benefiting, a year-on-year growth of 37.5 million RMB and 4300 households, which has completed 63.5% of the county's annual goal. Low-income farmers from 451 villages in 38 towns whose annual net income is less than 4000 RMB, with a card established for archives, are covered by poverty alleviation loan. Last year, 579 million RMB of micro loans were distributed in Shuyang County, benefiting 51,000 households. The distributing amount of the loan and the benefit brought with it maintain the first for 8 years in a row within the province.

4. 1.12 million people were resettled for poverty alleviation in Gansu Province. Gansu plans to invest more than 39.4 billion RMB in total for this project. Six measures will be taken, namely, to resettle the residents near a central village, to a new land in another county or town, near a town, in a town, near an industrial park and to a state-owned farm or forest farm. By 2018, residents in the resettlement area will enjoy an average living space of 81 square meters per household and an average income of more than 8000 RMB per person.

5. Linkage mechanism of financial poverty alleviation in Luoxiaoshan area has been launched. The joint working conference of financial service for poverty alleviation and development in Luoxiaoshan area, led by Nanchang Central
Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China and co-hosted by Changsha Central Sub-branch, was held in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. The conference marked the official launch of linkage mechanism of financial poverty alleviation in Luoxiaoshan area.

6. Ten demonstration counties of poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province in 2014 were announced. Each county will receive a financial support of more than 80 million RMB, and priority will be given to 2-3 leading industries. Since 2012, key counties in national poverty alleviation and development work have been selected annually by batches as the demonstration counties in Guizhou Province, and developed into demonstration areas with various features. It is estimated that by 2016,20 counties will be developed into economically strong counties, 30 counties will be poverty-alleviated and impoverished population will be decreased to below 5 million within the province.

7. Jiangxi: focus on poverty alleviation with precision, give full play to the combined poverty alleviation measures, prioritize the poverty alleviation in 38 counties in the former Central Soviet Area, Luoxiaoshan Area and provincial
poverty-stricken area and strive to help 700,000 people to get rid of poverty and help the growth rate of per capita income in impoverished counties and villages to exceed the provincial average level. Jiangxi Province will comprehensively identify poverty-alleviation targets with precision, aiming at 3400 impoverished villages and 3.28 million people.

8. Fujian Province invested 19 billion RMB on key counties in poverty alleviation and development work in 2013. Fujian Provincial Department of Finance gives more priorities to financial resources, special funds, interest subsidy and mechanism and implements many policies and measures including distributing special funds for industrial development, increasing county-level basic financial subsidies, funding for development of culture, education and health undertakings and giving full interest subsidies to local governments. In 2013, 19.067 billion RMB from provincial finance were used to support 23 counties, and effects of fiscal policy emerge gradually.
